Take an opportunity during our 5 day, 6 night Deep Rest Nature Retreat to rejuvenate and build a healthy relationship with true rest in a magical and lush valley, where 2 rivers meet right in the heart of Portugal.

Our intention is to down-regulate your nervous system and hold the space for you to rest and therefore heal. We’ll work with the Elements and Cycles of Nature through acupuncture and yoga.

To integrate and recharge our whole selves we will connect to mother earth through sense stimulating rituals that will clear blockages within your body and mind, as well as nourish your soul.

During the 6 days you’ll be held and welcomed into a soft, safe, loving and natural space, where we’ll take care of everything to get you into a deep resting state. We will meet you exactly where you are, and hold you further through your process.

Sahar Pour, Chinese Medicine and Acupuncturist. Owner of STIKMIG, a healing clinic in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Ashley Murray, Yoga Teacher & Space Holder with a nursing background. Co-Founder of our retreat center in Central Portugal.

Arrival: 26 April 2023 by 4pm, Shuttle will be organised and included from Coimbra to our retreat centre.

Departure: 1 May 2023 at 12pm, Shuttle will be organised and included in the price from our retreat centre back to Coimbra.
